By accessing and using Cuey ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Cuey is a job scheduling service that allows you to schedule one-time and recurring jobs to be executed at specified times. The service includes:

• One-time job scheduling
• Recurring job scheduling using cron expressions
• Webhook delivery to your endpoints
• Job history and monitoring
• Team collaboration features

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, malware, or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity

Our pricing is based on usage as follows:

• First 10,000 events per month: Free
• Additional events: $1 per 10,000 events
• Unlimited cron jobs and team members included
• 365 days of data retention included

Billing occurs monthly based on your usage. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

• We retain job execution data for 365 days
• We implement appropriate security measures
• We do not sell your personal information
• You can export your data at any time

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Experience technical difficulties
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend service for violations of these terms

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cuey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

In no event shall Cuey, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
